Production & Dispatch
All orders are handmade to order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be produced, framed and prepared for dispatch.
As soon as your order is ready, it will be carefully packed and express shipped.

All orders are sent via express shipping, always free.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once your order has left our workshop.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but all orders are sent via express service to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible.

Urgent Orders
As each piece is made to order, our standard 10 business day production time is required before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, reach out to us directly before ordering and we’ll do our best to help you out.
Returns
We want you to love your artwork. Here's how returns and issues are handled.
Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day change of mind return from the date your order is delivered.
If you decide the piece isn’t right for your space, you’re welcome to return it provided it is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged Items
We take a lot of care in how our pieces are produced and packaged, but in the rare event something arrives damaged or with a fault, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
In these cases, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
To organise a return, simply get in touch with us with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
We’re unable to accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not returned in their original condition.
